Payment methods

Cash on delivery (pouzeće)

Pay the courier when your parcel arrives, in cash. This is the most common way to pay online in Serbia and it is available on every order delivered within the country. The amount due is printed on the delivery note.

Payment cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Dina. Card payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection; Salt & Mūd never sees or stores your full card number.

Bank transfer

Companies and customers who prefer a transfer can ask for a proforma invoice at checkout or by email. We ship once the payment is visible on our account, usually the next working day.

Currency and VAT

All prices on this site are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include 20% VAT. There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery if your order is below the free-delivery threshold.

Invoices

A fiscal invoice is included with every parcel. If you need an invoice made out to a company, enter the company name, address and tax ID (PIB) in the order notes at checkout.

Security

The whole store runs over HTTPS. Card data is handled only by the payment provider, under PCI DSS rules.
