What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice without delay.
• Return the goods within 14 days of sending the notice. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
• We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, this form is not needed. Contact us with your order number and a photo. We reply to complaints within 8 days and resolve them within 15 days, as required by Serbian law.
