Terms of sale

2. Formation of the contract

The contract of sale is concluded when the customer confirms the order by clicking “Order and pay”. We send an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include 20% VAT (PDV). Delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Payment methods

Cash on delivery, payment cards, and bank transfer.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are set out in the Delivery policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The procedure is set out in the Refund and returns policy.

7. Conformity and complaints

The seller is liable for lack of conformity of the goods in accordance with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court through mediation before the bodies listed by the Serbian ministry responsible for consumer protection.
